The Hotel Schweizerhof Bern & Spa is located in the centre of Bern. With its centuries-old, highly glamorous history, it is the most tradition-rich hotel in the city. Since 2014, Bouygues Energies & Services has taken care of ICT at the Schweizerhof Bern & Spa. Our comprehensive services are available round-the-clock for any support needed. 

The Schweizerhof Bern is a luxury hotel that combines tradition and modernity, with a contemporary interior design, first-class conference and event facilities and great hospitality.

In January 2014, we took over the ICT service from another business partner. Since then, we have been supporting the Schweizerhof Bern with comprehensive services around the clock, every day of the year:

• Technical rectification of internal communication shortcomings (following takeover by Bouygues Energies & Services).
• Care and maintenance of the technical communication systems
• Supporting the customer with the digitisation strategy of the hotel rooms (digital image of information on the telephones in the rooms).
• Lifecycle management of all communication components
• Maintenance contract and on-call service
• Creation of a security and alarm concept for the customer as a separate project

• The security processes (fire alarms) in the hotel can be mapped with our alarm solution. The protection of hotel guests is therefore guaranteed in the event of fire
• Investment protection through the connection of the existing hotel systems (building management system and property management system / PMS)
