The Hotel Schweizerhof sets great store by a good ecological balance sheet and optimal energy use. To this end, Bouygues Energies & Services replaced the ventilation and heating regulatory system. Having done so, it took care to demonstrate, by measuring the heating and electricity use, that the renovation measures had achieved massive savings.

Sunstar Hotel Davos

Bouygues Energies & Services renovated all of the hotel rooms for the Sunstar Hotel. The new bathrooms were fitted with supply and drainage pipes and the sanitary installations were also replaced. The biggest challenge in this order: building was only possible in stages, outside the tourist season.

Thanks to Bouygues Energies & Services, the Waldhaus Flims was equipped with innovative building technology solutions and was able to open in renewed glory. The project held several challenges, such as sensitive building fabric or façades that were partially listed as protected. Several trades were involved - hence, a classic multitec project.

Hotel Hemizeus Zermatt

Ecology and economics are in harmony in Hotel Hemizeus. Among other things, the order for Bouygues Energies & Services included electrical installations, façades/roof renovation with new photovoltaic system, other renovation work and relocation of the server. Thanks to the photovoltaic system, the hotel can now produce the electricity for all of its own requirements by itself.
