45 more jobs in Olten

Thanks to the arrival of Bouygues E&S Process Automation, Bouygues Energies & Services has established itself as one of the most important employers in the city of Olten and in the canton of Solothurn. The addition requires expansion of the premises at Rötzmattweg, which is currently being examined.

Bouygues Energies & Services is continuing to expand its presence at the Olten location. The arrival of Bouygues E&S Process Automation Ltd. with about 45 jobs complements the wide-ranging product range of the market leader in the field of building automation in the region. A wide range of services related to process automation have now been added to the trades and services already available, such as electric, heating, sanitation systems, ventilation, air-conditioning, ICT, building automation, photovoltaics and heat pumps.

The arrival of the new colleagues in March 2021 necessitated conversion of the building at Rötzmattweg 115. To create space for all employees, Bouygues Energies & Services checked whether it would be possible to expand the existing building with additional floors. “I’m very pleased to see the arrival of our colleagues from Bouygues E&S Process Automation”, said Daniel Dähler, managing director of Bouygues Energies & Services in the Jurasüdfuss region. “It opens up new avenues in cooperation and further enriches the wide product range for our customers”, agreed Daniel Dähler and Christoph Ramseier, managing directors of Bouygues E&S Process Automation.

The new competence centre for renewable energy in Zuchwil is also growing simultaneously with the expansion of the Olten location. Thanks to the growth of Bouygues E&S Process Automation, Bouygues Energies & Services has established itself as one of the 20 biggest employers in the canton of Solothurn.
