Logistics Centre STEF

8,500 m² warehouse equipped with the latest building technology

STEF expanded its presence in the German-speaking part of Switzerland with the opening of its new branch in Kölliken in the canton of Aargau. The new logistics centre with its 8500 m² of storage space for fresh and frozen goods is equipped with the latest technologies for refrigeration, insulation and energy savings.

STEF guarantees its customers from the food industry, wholesale trade and supermarket warehouses quality and food safety for the goods entrusted to it.

In the course of the construction, we carried out extensive work in the fields of electrics, security & automation, ICT services and sanitation. Bouygues Energies & Services also realises maintenance and care services.

Ucliva was the first eco hotel in Switzerland, thanks to its use of natural resources for heating generation. To ensure guests have a pleasant stay at all times, Bouygues Energies & Services supported the Hotel Ucliva with various renovation work services - from installation of pellet heating to the electrical installation of a vehicle and bicycle charging station.

Thanks to Bouygues Energies & Services, the Waldhaus Flims was equipped with innovative building technology solutions and was able to open in renewed glory. The project held several challenges, such as sensitive building fabric or façades that were partially listed as protected. Several trades were involved - hence, a classic multitec project.

The Hotel Post was taken over by the owner of the Hotel Edelweiss in 2019. Several modifications were needed in the area of high- and low-voltage and ICT in the course of this takeover. Our employees implemented these reliably to ensure simplified joint administration of the two hotels.

Hospitality takes pride of place for Hotel Krebs, which is steeped in tradition. To ensure the guest experience is as pleasant as possible, the decision was taken to provide 44 rooms with individual air-conditioning as part of a partial expansion and in cooperation with Bouygues Energies & Services.
