Compound feed production is at the heart of the agricultural sector at Landi Sempach-Emmen. It allows Landi Sempach-Emmen to offer its own high-quality product range. In order to guarantee this in the future as well, various areas of the compound feed plant in Sempach Station were updated.

Receiving pits, silo cell feeding, mills and embarkation have been renovated, and the control and managing technology has been replaced. That has increased the production capacity and, in particular, ensured end-to-end product traceability. The small component dosing system for weighing special products is an important building block. The system now has a product capacity of 12 t/h.

During this order, the specialists at Bouygues E&S Prozessautomation AG took over the entire electrical and software engineering process, installation of the switchgears and commissioning.
