Whether it's a new building or a conversion, technical documentation plays an important role in any construction project. With its in-depth knowledge of technical facilities and specialisation in a diverse array of tools, EnerTrans is your ideal partner for construction documentation. We create the necessary documents for document control (document matrix) as well as concrete 3D models and 2D plans. Our range of services can be individually adapted to the client's needs. EnerTrans also takes care of the supplier interface and compiles various data from different tools into an overall picture according to customer requirements.

Documentation doesn't stop when a new building is completed. Various changes are made over the course of a facility's life cycle. Improperly tracked documentation can lead to operational and regulatory problems. Thanks to proven processes based on the DIN-82045 standard and the use of innovative document management systems, EnerTrans is ideally equipped to efficiently manage technical documentation over its entire life cycle. We ensure that all current documentation is easily accessible to all relevant stakeholders at all times.

As the supervisory and inspection authority for electrical installations, the Swiss Federal Inspectorate for Heavy Current Installations (ESTI) stipulates a mandatory basic structure with documentation, both for distribution network operators and for small / site network operators. ESTI carries out cyclical inspections and any deficiencies found must be rectified within a specified period of time. Improper handling of these deficiencies will result in serious penalties, up to and including the suspension of a facility's operations. EnerTrans has extensive expertise in the area of grid installations. We understand the Inspectorate's requirements in great detail and can implement the necessary steps quickly and easily, both before and after inspection (preliminary inspection, documentation updates, coordination with ESTI, etc.).

Innovative solutions like BIM (Building Information Modelling) and the use of various sets of tools from different suppliers increase the demands on technical documentation. EnerTrans specialises in 3D modelling and offers solutions that can be flexibly adapted to customer needs. We work with a wide range of applications in order to find the tool most suited to each project (AutoCAD, Revit, Primtech, Inventor, PLS-CADD, Tower, etc.).
