WORKXSPACE carried out a tenant fit-out of 5000 m² for the headquarters of XL Insurance Switzerland Ltd. in the Löwenbräuareal . A customised office concept was designed for the client and implemented within a very short time frame. The main focus was on the elements open areas, quiet spaces and acoustics. In addition, technical specifications of the building like Minergie were taken into account in the planning. From the initial design and layout concept to materialisation, furnishing and renovation work, all services were carried out by WORKXSPACE from a single source. The upgrade of the space was precisely tailored to the tenant's wishes.
