Tenant improvements for the head office in the Maintower

WORKXSPACE has made tenant improvements to CUBIST's head office in the Maintower in Zurich-Oerlikon. A variety of requirements were taken into account including transparency, creating attractive meeting rooms and spaces for encounter, technical specifications by the building (Minergie) and acoustics. From the initial design, layout, materialisation and furnishing to conversion work and the company's move, WORKXSPACE carried out all services from a single source. The upgrade of the space was precisely tailored to the tenant's wishes.
