The services covered by technical due diligence are executed at two different levels of depth: The Quick Check, which provides an initial assessment of costs, defects and maintenance, as well as photo documentation of critical parts of the building. It is the basis for a comprehensive investigation of the relevant construction laws, the operating costs, and the micro- or macro-location. On request, we can also offer additional services such as valuation, critical engineering or reports according to certified BWSwiss® standards, all from one source.
We use specialised recording and valuation tools such as Planon, Maximo or Vega to carry out technical due diligence. Our highly trained employees are well versed in building and energy regulations and bring with them the necessary expertise for the assessment of the building and systems.
