CSL Behring

Sanitary installation for the production facilities

CSL Behring is a business unit of the Australian biopharma group CSL Limited specialising in the manufacture of plasma products. It produces medicines for people with rare and serious diseases.

During the new extension of its commercial building in 2018, two additional production lines of 16 tonnes of immunoglobulins per year each were created. Bouygues Energies & Services carried out the complete sanitary installation for the production plants.

Eco-Hotel Ucliva

Ucliva was the first eco hotel in Switzerland, thanks to its use of natural resources for heating generation. To ensure guests have a pleasant stay at all times, Bouygues Energies & Services supported the Hotel Ucliva with various renovation work services - from installation of pellet heating to the electrical installation of a vehicle and bicycle charging station.

To ensure the guest experience is as pleasant as possible, the decision was taken to provide 44 rooms with individual air-conditioning as part of a partial expansion and in cooperation with Bouygues Energies & Services.

The sanitary installations were modernised at the former Kursaal Hotel Allegro - now Swissôtel Kursaal Bern. For example, walk-in showers were installed. During the project, the greatest challenges of the project were the restricted preparation time, the high demands for precision, and ensuring the hotel's operation could continue to run smoothly.

The Hotel Pellas stands for unforgettable hours in even more unforgettable surroundings. To guarantee this well-being comfort for guests both in winter as well as in summer, Bouygues Energies & Services installed new ventilation systems. There was not a lot of time available to do so - but thanks to meticulous planning and perfect workflows, everything passed off smoothly and according to plan.
